We train adults. Kids cannot handle the weight of the skjǫldr and the sverð while contending with ogre-sized adults.
1. No head or neck shots.
2. Do not hit hard, light stabbing to the body is okay…
3. Tap your enemy body on the sides lightly.
4. Do not hit the enemy with the edge of the shield.
5. Make eye contact before engaging the enemy.
6. No hitting from behind.
